Post by: ronandcats on April 29, 2014, 17:40:50 PM
someone has taken our little cat Twinkle, she is only 10 mthes old, she never leaves the garden, back and front, and she is always with her little mate titch they always sleep together and play you never see one without the other, i have put so many posters up and been out calling her night after night, I have rung all local vets but nothing,  :( Titch has not stopped looking for her and looking so Sad its hart breaking to watch him, he comes to bed with me every night since littel Twinkle vanished, we have now put her missing photo and story in the local papper hopping who took her will bring her home ( she is microchipped. we wont ever stop looking for her.

What area are you are in?  Also flyers always seem to work, asking people to look in their sheds/outhouses etc. Posters people who may be don't go out very much may not see and most people have the attitude, not another cat poster.  If someone is keeping her in, they become very aware that she is now high profile via the flyers and may release her.  Worth a go.  I would put flyers through all the doors in your road and the surrounding ones.  I hope she returns/is returned soon.  All the best Deb

Never give up because I have had experience of this quite a few times with neighbours and some have returned.  Which area are you in so if I know anyone in your vicinity I can ask them to be extra vigilent?

very sad news I lost my little boy Titch Friday night in a RTA, it has really gutted me,  poor little lad was just getting over loosing his little play mate Twinkle, when this happened, he was only just a year old and its the first time I have ever known him to cross the road out front :( the house seems empty since he has gone and all the house cats seem to know  :( R.i.p my little lad Dad will never forget you.xxxx

My big tabby Tom has now gone missing, he has been one of my own cats for years, he just went out and vanished that was 4 weeks ago, we put posters up and knocked doors but with no luck, He just vanished, its the second cat this year, He is micro chipped but I think he has been stolen as I have heard of a new cattery that has just  been investigated by the police and the RSPCA for there are roomers of them picking up cats and re homing them and they are from my area, And they are not a registered Charity. this is the hardest year we have ever had with kittens and pregnant mums they are still coming in I have had to make my garage into emergency home as we have no room in our kitten sheds or mane pens.
