Title: RIP Fifi . 2nd April 2014

Just to let you know Fifi went to,the bridge just around midday today.
We had been to,the vets a few times, but she wouldn't eat at all , had tried steroids etc, but nothing helped.
I left her there last night so she could have a proper examination under sedation.
Deep down I thought she had cancer of the mouth or jaw, turns out it was cancer of the tongue.
I went straight to the vets when he rang me so I could hold her and say goodbye.
First time I have been able to hold her in my arms without her struggling as she didn't like being picked up , or groomed .
I will miss this cantankerous old girl , she was around 16 years old.
Will post a picture later as these are too big on my ipad .

Gill so very sorry for your loss, its funny how at the end the ones who are difficult let us love and hold them for their final trip, thinking of you all at this time  :hug: :hug:

So glad I met her last year when I came to stay with you Gill.

It's the hardest decision we have to make for them to be pain free.

She will be happy at The Bridge with all your Bridge cats and ours.

Its a lovely picture of Fifi , she looks really well,on it.

I had a feeling they were 2 cats Gill but with the light and colours looking different I thought I might be wrong.
