I think it's just her markings .... makes her look slightly shocked!

Her markings don't help; but notice the very large pupils, which can be a sign of fear or playfulness. I agree that it looks scared.

In the third picture where you can see all of her, I agree she looks uncomfortable. Poor girl, I wonder if they tried petal cleanse wipes or anything before they resorted to putting her up to rehome.

i think it is just her markings - Lucy looks slightly shocked most of hte time cos of her markings, and the one on the pic are similar.

She's probably startled by having a camera shoved in her face! In the third pic see looks like she's been woken up!

I have eczema and oh 4 cats.  :-:

I think it could be how her markings are postioned but I do think she looks like she's gonna swipe.
