You need to have him seen by a vet.

I agree with Gill.

i spoke to the vet and sent pictures to them directly he said feline acne and that it dont look serious and to take him when he as his first injections as he is running around and is eating well ?

Thats good and sometimes plastic dishes can cause this so would try swapping to a porcelain one to see if this helps

i know feline acne can come on for many reasons i wouldn't have thought be dishes as he was only 2weeks old when i noticed them and wasn't eating then he now 5weeks he is eating fine but i don't think its acne since researching it more,i have cleaned it daily with the stuff advised and it still looks the same no difference if it was this it should have gone with in a week ? i was just wondering if anyone as ever experienced this but im starting to worry more as don't seem a very common thing?

He needs to be seen by the vet sweetheart   It may be nothing and it may be something.

Given his age, I would definitely have it looked at first hand by a vet - pictures dont always give the full story, and there's no substitute for a hands on examination, if for no other reason to put your mind at ease and ensure this little one gets the very best start in life.
