Title: Can I take Millie??
Post by: kymberleyc on July 30, 2013, 14:06:08 PM
Hi all,
Just quick question. Millie lived at my mums house for 8 years. I might be staying over for a couple of nights but nothings confirmed yet. It won't really be confirmed till I get there . The thing is I want to take Millie with me as I don't want to leave her on her own. My hubby is working away so there's no one else really. But if I go and I don't stay will Millie be okay? We will probably be there around 5 hours till we know? What does everyone think??
Yes or no? Xxx

Hi do you mean she will be staying on her own or will you be there?

What are your alternatives? I can't see any problem with it but a lot depends on the cats personality.

If you mean that you're going away and could be leaving the cat alone for three days without anyone, even a neighbour, to feed her, then take her with you or put her in a cattery. You can't leave a cat unfed for so long.

Perhaps arrange for a neighbour to feed her.
