Title: Happy Birthday Purrs
Post by: Gill (sneakiefeline) on November 12, 2012, 16:28:39 PM: Today, Purrs in our Hearts is 6 yrs old and as we trundle into our seventh year and onwards to the auction and Christmas please can you take a little time to remember all those on the Rainbow Bridge and on this years Roll of Honour.

(I don't visit much nowadays but can't resist returning for the auction fun)

For those of you who I don't keep in contact with on FB, I'm sad to say that I lost my diabetic boy, Sweep in May this year (if you could add him to the Roll of Honour please Gill - thanks). The poor boy had multiple health issues but it was stomach cancer (rare in cats) which finally took him from us. :'(

We now have a new addition: Rexx, a black & white, middle-aged boy who we thought was healthy but turns out he has hyperthroidism, HCM and has already suffered a blood clot which has caused loss of function to one lung lobe. However, he is stable at present and is one big kitten. :Luv2:

Gill could you add 'Little Blackie' to the Roll of Honour please? :'( He was one of the oldest ferals we look after, I loved him lots but hardly ever saw him until the week before he died and he starting coming regularly with 2 of the other ferals. He was poorly and we took him to the vet but sadly he passed in our house during the night 31 August but we think it was early morning 1st September he actually went so if you put him as September please :thanks:
