Sorry for the loss of Solo, even after a year it will still hurt

I have each loss etched in my mind and know the dates of everyone of the the Clan cats and I remember them for who they were, wether they shared our lives for a fleeting moment or stayed for many years

I have a photo wall in my upstairs study and each one is on that wall along with my missing boys and they still grace our lives every day

Lots of  solosdad, you'll never forget Solo but one day you will be able to think of him without it hurting. It takes as long as it takes, but obviously when the circumstances were so tragic and sudden, it's far worse.

Do you have other cats/animals?

It's terrible for anyone to lose a much loved pet but to lose him in such awful circumstances can only add to your pain  As jezebel says, one day the happy memories will outweigh the sad ones
