Title: Petition to stop the UK government using stray animals in experiments

This is so shocking I can only hope that its not true.
if it is true then the government is proposing that stray animals - cats and dogs can be picked up off the streets and used in animal experiments.

Every stray animal is on their way to their next home.
They are not a convienient resource for legalised cruelty.
