She is supposed to be an indoor cat Tiff, its not safe for her outside

She is an indoor cat and don't worry I was watching her

If you were watching her how did she get out......I am very worried

Gill she was fine she only went under my window and ccame straight back on but it won't happen. Again

-
I'm so pleased for Lau how well courtney, pacey and polly have settled, must be a great weight of her mind
-
Yes I bet it is they have all seem to have settled in really well
-
Just a few of courtneys bits
-
Only 2 packets of dreamies??? They wont last long.....
Just been catching up with Courtney - Have you seen Flat Cats to stop them getting out the windows?
We had one for the bedroom, its a (sturdy) screen that velcro's on. Ideal if she is going to be an escape artist :shify:
http://www.flat-cats.co.uk/
They are a reasonable price I think to enable some fresh air, esp with summer coming up!
-
The dreamies are in her bowl she hasnt touched them its just a trial and I don't oppen the windows now any way
-
But I will consider the screens
-
Those screens look great except they havent figured for cat called Lupin.........he would have that undone in secs and be gonee LOL
-
They are good, quite strong and the velcro is very sticky! Someone :shify: tried to eat through ours but didn't get very far! :naughty:
We turned it upside down and it was never attempted again!
-
He has already managed to unhook a catflap set to in only and get out and he pulls down a piece of curtain that is velcroed to my front window every time he feels like it.......sigh
He is also jumping and trying to get a paw on the openers for the small top windows, luckily even if he did they need to be pushed up not pulled down :evillaugh: :evillaugh:
-
they would cost a fortune in my house , i think id be better off inventing my own with batten and mesh and a side lock or something..tastefully done of course :evillaugh:

I think you can just buy one and move it round the house, there is an option for extra fixing strips so you can do this. I'm seriously tempted as we love having the bedroom sash window open in summer but Beau and Sam always want to be on the outside ledge :scared:
Thanks for the link Emmy-Lou!
-
they are good - and the fella was really helpful :wow:
I rang cos i thought we would have to get one made for our windows, but he said he would make sure we got one that was slightly wider & i just tacked the top down to make it fit properly :briggin:
-
I tend to keep my windows shut with locks on...i dont trust the kids on the 3rd floor
one for downstairs though is a good idea as gets so stuffy but an open window attracts my cats quicker than dreamies :shy:
-
oooo I like the window screens ;D think i will purchase a couple of them ;D ;D
My cats go out anyway but i do like my upstairs windows open and Nuggie learnt the hard way about open up stairs window   so now it doesnt phase him and he gleefully sits at an open window with no danger of him ever taking a step outside
Peanut however, is just a nosey kitten. He is window ledge balancer and i know from past experience that one day he will be landing on my lawn with a bit of a thud  but they do like watching the world go by from upstairs so i think these are great idea!
-
I just wanted to tell you all how courtney is doing well for the past few nites courtney has been sleeping on my head she is so funny and she now ownes my dressing gown
-
So pleased she is doing well and loves sleeping on your head ;D
-
Thank you gill yep my head is her favourite spot
-
aww so pleased ;D ;D ;D
they find the cutest places sleep...shame it may not be so comfy for the recipients lol
-
Ducha with his happy Purrs got on my head two nights ago and was woken up with claws stuck in my head grrrrrrr LOL
-
Aww bless
-
:Luv: :Luv: She's beautiful
-
So pleased for you both, Tiff. ;D
Polly is doing brilliantly, too. She's one of the family now and behaves as if she's always been here. Strange how they just slotted right in isn't it? :)
We are very lucky ladies indeed to have found these perfect partners.
-
pacey likes to sleep on anybody part he can find...once hes asleep he is comatose too :innocent: so i took revenge the other night when he wouldnt shift and lay across him for a change :evillaugh:
