Title: Rest Easy Carrie (Blackpool Cats in Care)

Carrie was a lovely young girl who sadly succumbed to heart failure while with a foster for Blackpool Cats in Care. She's one I had a soft spot for so I'll admit to being a bit sadder to post this.

Rest Easy, Carrie. Look out for my lot at the Bridge, they'll look after you.

I never met this Carrie. But it struck a chord after losing my own old girl of the same name 2 years ago. This girl was overlooked because of her colour time after time and it was so sad.
