I love both pics of Portia but that mouth - reminded me of Little Red Riding Hood (what big teeth you have grandma)

That is an amazing photo! Does she have a detatchable jaw like a snake??
Mine have modest yawns like Mary's Late Smudge.....
Portia MUST win a prize for this photo... :winner is:
-
Ah now then Sarah, I was watching an old QI the other day and it's a myth about the snake's jaw. It has a stretchy body and it showed a pic of a snake with an aligator or a crocodile in it's body and unfortunately they both died. So............
You are right, Portia does win.

well i never, Mary! - I thought that was actually a fact!! of which i must of heard somewhere in my long ago youth!
i do like QI - learn something new everyday ;D
its a well timed photo thats for sure!
and Smudge's too! it has that "ahhh sleep next to warm fire" look :Luv: such a pretty thing :)
-
 I took that photo of Smudge so long ago I can't remember how I managed to get it. He loved to sit in front of the fire but he had moved on to another rug to cool down a bit I think OR maybe now I look at it, he might've moved on to that rug to get the sun light on him
