If 6 months is the max why didnt he get it and why is it so  :censored: low..............its disgusting

He's sick, he needs treatment and locking away for a long time. To do this to another living creature, to be so drunk not to realise he's done it and to show no emotion at being jailed are all symptoms of a psychosis.

At least he got a lifetime ban, but there needs to be changes for animal cruelty  >:(

What a disgustingly damaged individual Mr Robert Payne is.    I would be sickened to pass him in the street.

this made me cry those poor babies i hope they are happy and safe on the bridge causing all sorts of mayhem!

 the punishment i would give that guy isnt typable!!

At least he received a prison sentence as you see so many cases where animal abusers don't. Vile, vile man - I too hope he rots in hell. Pure evil scum  >:(
