Thought I would start his own thread as he has now settled in to the Clan like he has always lived here :shocked:
After a bit of a rough start, he shredded my arm and thats when we found his coat was so badly matted and he was under weight we popped him off to our wonderful vets and had him half shaved so he was comfortable and then used as an exercise for trainee vet nurses in teasing and grooming cats
He is now up to 8kgs from 7.2 he should be nearer the back end of 9 + kgs so we are working on that to
He has teamed up with Caspurr Ragdoll and they are currently affectionately known as Shagpile 1 & 2 and both answer to that and their given names :rofl:
He is currently being stalked by Miss Porsche Bengal who is on heat and yowling lile a floozie and poor Star and Caspurr are todays victims :rofl:

Oh Liz he is just gorgeous and Lottie will be so relieved to have you take one worry off her poor shoulders .....

He is so much happier now he has been shaved and dematted and I am so glad OH put extra brackets on the pelmet 5 years ago when we moved in as its a favourite place to sit with a lot of the cats just not usually as big as Star :shocked: :rofl:

he is indeed gorgeous! Lucky him to have you at moment. Slightly concerned about what you think his weight should be though. 9 kg :evillaugh:. My wegies in comparison are tiny! karlo and Kyrre and Kaisa are about 5 kg. The first two are small bodied but very chunky, kyrre is bigger but slimmer. Kalle is about 6kg he is a big boy and very chunky.

At his last weigh in that we know about he weighee in at 8.72kgs he has of course lost a lot of his coat
Still him and Caspurr raggie do make a handsome pair when maurading like a tag team :shocked: :rofl:

Thought Star should have an update ;D
He is such a sweet boy and tonight surpassed himself and nicked me egg sandwich off me plate he was so proud of himself and came back for the other half with Kali and Sherbet :shocked: I however kept that firmly in me mit :rofl:
He has let me groom him with me metal comb today, I do try with the brush but he is a tad wary of it and considering he still has his bald shaved bits can see his point but he does love his head and chin being brushed so its work in progress along with me other long haireds ;D
As you can see its such a hard life here at the Clan ;D

He's lovely. So pleased he's at least not averse to you brushing him altogether, and he's still enjoying having his head brushed. :)

As you can see Star is completely relaxed and happy being here and this is his latest photo shoot, sadly after the second photo he had a feline loss of dignity incident and fell off the scratching post :shocked: :rofl:
He has now discovered all the good things here, treats, cat milk, company and Mummy and Daddy cuddles, Robin adores his big fellas and they both love him and do miss him when Daddy is away ;D

gorgeous!!!! It must be a black and white wegie thing this falling off things. Loki has fallen off the worktop whilst lounging in a bed and also off the kitchen chairs :rofl:
