Is her perch upside down? I have the exact same scratcher but mine is the other way up  :evillaugh:

Oh, I don't know.....I got it from Lidl when they were having a pet offer week, I thought I'd built it the right way up, but...... :doh: hmmm.....just off to have a look at it...... ;)

That's where mine was from too, Lu absolutely loves it and the first thing I hear in the morning is him scratching the diagonal bit as soon as he wakes up as it's in the spare room opposite my bedroom  :) Yours is defo the wrong way up  :naughty: Here's mine just moments after it was built (have zoomed in on the instructions for you  ;) )...

Well what a ridiculous design, I mean the bottom (top in my case  :naughty: ) is far too small to support the top (bottom)  :-[  :evillaugh:
