Can Anyone help to get cat carriers to Suffield Road High Wycombe? We need them to be able to transport 3 pregnant cats and 5 x kittens to their rescue placement In Northamptonshire called Barks.

Hi Dawn they need to be there by this Saturday because transport is going a head on Saturday or Sunday this weekend. The thing is they need to be free as I not sure how we could get them transported back as two people have agreed to do half the route each. I though about posting on freecycle but I can't pick them up if someone does offer some. k x
-
aah, well I do have four but would need them back
-
if you can find any on free cycle localish to me I don't mind collecting and dropping off
-
Thank you Dawn you are a star can you email me kelly-joy@animallifelineuk.org a contact number so if I get any replies from freecycle I can forward them to you? k x

If you have anyone local to pick them up - you could try local vets. I used to get a regular supply from our local vets to raise funds when a volunteer for a rescue (some were beyond repair and not suitable so not taken but others were in tip top condition).
Also the fosterers used to give me a regular supply obtained when cats were taken into care.
So perhaps local vets or rescues would be able to supply free??
-
Thanks I will try the local vets, anything is worth a try, it would be a shame to lose transport just because of a few carriers:(
-
kelly joy my vet is crossroads
-
Thanks Dawn:)
-
We had one lady offer to post one but we really need 3 or 4 more to transport all these cats. I have tried all the local vets and none can help
Dawn is willing to pick up any spare cat carriers and transport to the house where these cats are being transported, please can anyone help?

I've looked in my garage and I have one that I can live without

Thanks Dawn can you email me your paypal address as the lovely Gill has donated some money to buy cat cat carriers for this. Are you able to collect from Pets at home or Agros? As Pets at home have carriers for sale for £12.99 and Agros are doing them for £10 :) I think we have enough then Yay! thank you everyone
-
don't have a paypal address but can collect from either argos or pets at home in wycombe, they are next door to each other
-
which Gill??
-
if its argos its the one here
http://opening-times.co.uk/argos-extra-high-wycombe-retail-park
that is easiest (I can park!)
-
Can you send me your paypal address as I don't think Agros take payments by paypal. if you have one carrier spare and Gill sending one then I should think 2 more would be enough to transport them all in. Its gillian crighton (Gillian2u)
-
so do I need to buy two from argos? I can do that and we can sort out the money after, I don't have paypal - where is Gill sending her one to, directly?
-
If you don't mind that would be great Dawn thank you:) I will email you over the ladies address that we are sending them to
-
ok great, so I am buying two and taking my spare probably won't be until tomorrow night I don't think OH will want me to go on my own and he will get back late tonight
