Title: Veterinary defence society

Has anyone had any dealings withnthis company I have been in corresponce with them and have found them to be very in accurate and un helpful I am currently have a complaint in with my old vet hospital

Sorry never heard of them.

Complaints are best sent to the Vets regulating body, forget the name, unless of course you are taking legal action and need a solicitor involved.

I've never heard of them myself, I'd go to RCVS which is the qualifying body for vets who can take action

As far as I know, the veterinary defence society exists to provide legal help for vets?  Are you are in a dispute with a vet and it has reached the stage where you are dealing with that vet's lawyers?  If that's the case then I'd have thought you should have your own lawyer who would deal with the veterinary defence society?
