I will update this when I get home ( week on monday )

-
Quite a few on Ebay Stuart:

I have two Petporte cat flaps, one to let the cats in from the garden, and one to let them out into the back room (where the other cat flap leads into the garden) from the hall, and I am very happy with them.
The service is good, too.
I had had it for some time, when suddenly the detector ring fell out, and I could not get it to fit in properly again. It would fall out again after a while, unless I taped it to the holder.
They simply replaced the entire cat flap, no problem at all.
And in all probability, I had broken it, myself.
-
how is he getting on stuart?
-
and I second that - never mind playing with your new bike Stuart ;)

ahhh well, it was touch and go for a while, mainly because of the incessant meowing :tired:
He would meow incessantly for attention, food, to be let out and err..... just for the sake of it
and not only were they normal meows but a lot of them were the gutteral MEOUGHWOWOWOWOW one's
I eventually blocked em out, But Carol was getting stressed :( I would be away offshore and Marissa would be
having an off day, so I understood that the last thing she needed was a meowing cat ringing in her ears >:(
It got to the stage that I was coming home from offshore and Carol would go to her Mums with Marissa for a break
anyway enough negativity, He got a reprieve and was givin more time to settle in, Poor Leo musta been thinking
what kinda slaves are these when they don't jump to my every whim
Leo is doing great, there are more photos kicking about somewhere, will try and get them up at some point
the little :censored: has also ended the lives of 2 little fledglings >:( I know it's just their nature, but I got Carol to
stop feeding the birds for a while, poor wee thingys never got a chance :'(
I got the microchip sureflap fitted yesterday, and I think I pushed him through both ways about 8 times in total
was quite funny cause it's quite small for him and he has to pull himself thru dragging his hind legs behind him :evillaugh:
He has now mastered it, and uses it without my persuasion now :evillaugh:
will try and get photo's up sumtime, but as well as the bike, I have a sheet load of stuff to do to the house, fitting
wardrobes n shelves etc :tired:
P.S. I bought a hooded litter tray, question is, does anyone else on here have a furbabe who can urinate on the
roof of of it and all over the filter, is He lying on his Back when he goes to the loo??
I have to wash the thing daily :tired:
-
Thats a new one on me must have taught himself the stand upside down and point trick never did it here
Glad he has a reprieve and that he is settling in and now have a picture of you showing the boy how to use the cat flap
-
glad he has settled, must have been hard for Carol our Tilly is a noisy mare and I know it gets a bit wearing sometimes - tbh stuart haven't met a man yet who had decent aim when peeing
-
Glad he seems to be settling down :)

Sorry but that had me

Love the catchup Stuart and so glad to hear you don't all have straight jackets on - must've been so frustrating.
I wonder if he was spraying rather than peeing?
Mary
-
Good to hear he's settling a bit more now Stuart. Even if he is getting creative in the loo.... :evillaugh:
Paddy went through a stage of yowling - no other word for it - shortly after he was recovering from his stroke which left him deaf. He seemed to do it for reassurance, but after about a year he stopped. Glad you haven't had to wait a year, for Carol's sake, not least. ;)
-
lol. Enjoyed the cathcup.
I wonder if one of my raggies lies on their back when they go to the loo because I get the same thing .
-
Leo and a couple of Friends
well Gingerbob is anyway :) Leo sometimes attacks Slinky :(
(http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd228/culnara/Leoandermfreinds.jpg)
first time I saw Gingerbob he was only a ickle kitten with a stump leg  next time I saw
Him He had had his leg amputated and he Hissed at me :scared:
a few packets of Dreamies later, He now comes a running ( thats how I managed to find out his name :sneaky: )
which is engraved on his cat with an eye patch name tag :evillaugh:
keep meaning to get film of em playing, more one sided from the youngster GB
-

-
That's so nice to see him with his little pals! :Luv2:
-
Looking good and seems to have lost weight nice to see he is making friends ;D
-
Pleased Leo is more settled and has found some friends :)
-

It is with Heavy heart I inform you all that Leo is now back at Liz's with the Clan :(
Leo is a truly wonderful loving furbabe, But unfortunately, these past few months have been hectic to say the least
As some of you may know we recently had a baby, and we have found out that a Baby equates to a full time job
as I work away from home two weeks at a time, the burden on Carol has been magnified ten fold, Leo has only been
looking for attention wanting to be loved, But with baby, me working away from home and house improvements being
done when I am at home, we felt that it was a shame for him that we couldn't find the time to give him the loving and
attention he deserved :(
( at this moment in time our lives are just too busy )
I have no Idea when we will have another Furkid, But I have this awful feeling that it wont be for a long long time :(
-
Really sorry to hear that Stuart  I know it's a decision you won't have taken lightly  I hope you'll still be a part of Purrs :grouphug:
-
Sorry to hear this Stuart. It must have been an awful decision to make, but the right one for both your family and Leo
-
I picked up Leo yesterday and he had a quiet night on our bed and in the conservatory is eating just fine and is now sleeping again
I had a long chat with Carol yesterday and we just want everyone to be happy and Carol and Marissa have to come first and Leo isn't going anywhere else
Stuart and Carol both know they can visit anytime and see Leo and the rest of the Clan and who knows what the future holds
-
Pleased to hear he's settling back in OK Liz
-
Leo has been out today as my OH has great faith in him coming back in and he has mastered the back door and conservatory door and is now sleeping on the windowsill in the conservatory ;D
-
That's a real shame Stuart - you must be feeling pretty sick about it BUT it's best for everyone and we all know how hard it will have been for you.
Anyway, you are still an Uncle to all our cats on purrs so you can see them all anytime until you get your own
Mary and Bonnie xx
-
Thanks guy's :shy: yes it was a very hard decision to make :(
Poor Ginger bob will no doubt be wondering where Leo is now ( they chased one another round the garden a lot )
although I'm pretty sure Slinky won't be so bothered, the morning I left for offshore, Leo attacked Him which I promptly
stepped in and stopped, I can still see Leo with two white tuft's of fur stuck in his front claws walking away
I have already booked a visit at the clanstead when I get home next
And Yes, I am still going to be part of Purrs too ;)
-
Today he has decided to stay in the cat room as its raining and he put one paw out and came back in
-
Im glad youre staying around we would miss you and want updates on Merissa ;)
Its a really hard decision to make. Even when in your brain you know its for the best you keep thinking of the maybes but you have to do what is right for you all and that includes Leo.
Im sure you'll miss him more than he'll miss you if he's at Liz's now in cat bliss ( i want to be adopted myself please ) and of course you can visit and have cuddles and stuff and if things change then who knows

Thanx Tab :shy:
-
owwwwwww love him :Luv2:
-
The lovely Leo is now settling in quite well all things considered and the kittens Kali and Sherbet introduced him to Uncle Caspurr and Leo now doesn't chase the girls = Caspurr makes Leo look small and he doesn't have a fighting bone in his big furry body but his size does intimidate some of the cats
Leo is now indoor/outdoor and is a happy chap, he has discovered food comes inside and outside so he can snack on his wanders round the clan homestead
-
Thanks for the Update Liz, so glad He is settling back in :)
-
The lovely Leo is settling nback in and comes when called and loves Sky and Sunny but not the pushy puppy Mist who wants to round him up got to love those Border Collies
He is doing well and is discovering his place in the Clan Order and has reached a status quo with Bad Boy Bailey Wilson our Alpha male although Clio feral our Alpha girl still wants to kill him but as a lady he is well avoiding her
