Can anyone give advice or help to this person who has tried all the usual places first for help.
wasnt sure if i can post off gumtree but it seemed quicker than asking them to join here first etc.

That's terrible, poor puss must be terrified.  I'm really surprised that the Fire Brigade can't help  :-:  have they tried various ones because one may be more willing to help?

I was thinking about a tree surgeon - although it would cost I suppose - then found this:

eta: that link doesn't work try this: http://www.catinatreerescue.com/view/directory.cfm

I find it hard to believe the RSPCA and Cats Protection just left the poor thing there.

Have messaged them suggesting a tree surgeon. (My first thought too.) If there's enough people worried maybe they'll club together.

For anyone wanting to know what  the ad says:

We hope somebody can help there is a cat stuck up a tree near us she has been up there since tuesday afternoon, the fire brigade has came out and said it to dangerous for them to go up because of the type of tree, the tree is about 60ft and the cat is at the top, cat protection and the rspca havent been any help (suprizingly) has anybody got any ideas? the cat is becoming weeker and weeker she is also pregnant, please if anybody has any ideas or think they can be of any help please get in touch, many thanks

Tell them to call the local radio, they might broadcast a plea for help for her!
