Title: Head in the sand moments
Post by: kerri86 on March 25, 2011, 22:41:01 PM
Davey my 20 month old seems to have this thing about hiding his head under clothing/blankets. When I come home I usually put my coat down on the settee while I sort stuff out. Davey will go to it and start "scratching" and "digging" until finally nudging his head underneath my coat where he will settle and sleep..

This often happens with other items of clothing too, see below the picture I got of him after he'd done it with one of my scarves (I promise, I didnt put that on him). This afternoon I went upstairs and nearly stood on him before I realised that it wasn't just my black towel on the floor but Davey was underneath it fast asleep. Luckily I spotted his tail before I stood on him.

It's not an unusual thing for him, he's always done stuff like that. I've got him the kind of bed that's "hooded" but he never uses it. Does anybody else experience the same thing?
