Title: Could you help Purrs rescue cats? Takes 30 seconds...
Post by: Tiggy's Mum on March 25, 2011, 14:51:42 PM
If you didn't know already there will be a Purrs cat show starting in April - we hope to raise lots of dosh (£1 a pic) as in previous years, every penny raised goes to the Purrs registered rescues to help rescue cats  :wow:

So..... Apart from gathering your photos ready, it would be fab if people could temporarily change your signature (the bit showing below each post you make) to help promote the show  ;D

It's easy:

Code:

[XXXcenter][XXXsize=14pt][XXXb]The Purrs 2011 Cat Show![/b]
[XXXcolor=blue][XXXcolor=red]Could your cat be a winner?[/color][/color]  :XXXwow:
http://www.purrsinourhearts.co.uk/index.php/topic,37101.0.html[/size][/center]

This is how it will look:

The Purrs 2011 Cat Show!
Could your cat be a winner?  :wow:

I hope my camera will work.  Last I tried it was working to take one picture at a time then would freeze and need switching off before I could use it again  :shify:

Was just reading a thread and noticed a few more people with 'my' signature. Thought I was seeing treble for a minute but then remembered this thread  :evillaugh:

 :thanks: to all who have adopted it so far  ;D

You're gonna have to remind me to remove it though. I do'nt have signatures turned on - with my ISP it takes quite long enough to get the messages themselves .... :tired:

Oooh, thanks Lau - will check with Rosella before saying for definite but am fairly sure the only requirement to enter is to a) be a member of Purrs and b) have cared for the cat at some stage in it's life and c) pay a £1 a pic  ;D

Bearing in mind I wanted to publicise on FB (and seem to have failed miserably  :innocent: ), I hardly see how I could object to the Show being advertised on another Cat Website which seems far more appropriate.  I think it's a excellent idea and would very much appreciate that Lau.  Isn't Leonie lucky to have such a clever helpful Ma?  :) :hug:

 :thanks: everyone for changing those sigs  ;D The more people that know about it the better and at a £1 a pic the more people that have a go means more food in the bellies of rescue cats :)
