I thought it might be useful to know what websites people use and trust, I quite often see items on websites a bit cheaper than where I normally get them from but as I've not used/heard of the company before am sometimes a bit wary to order.
I'll start us off but would be good to hear what sites other people use and trust...
www.vetuk.co.uk - Free delivery when on orders over £19 - Have used them for several years, normally the cheapest for the things I buy. Fairly quick delivery although they have been getting a bit slower lately. They donate 5% to cat rescue if you click through these links Paws Inn (http://www.pawsinncatrescue.co.uk//) / CovCats (http://www.coventrycatgroup.org.uk/help-us/shop-online-and-help-us/) / Canterbury CP (http://www.canterbury.cats.org.uk/)
www.petsathome.com- Free delivery on orders over £29 - Online version of Pets at Home. Good offers BOGOF etc 10% off your fist online order if you sign up to the newsletter.
Zooplus - Free delivery on orders over £19 - Have purposely not put a link to Zooplus as there is a link at the bottom of the page that gives Purrs rescue fund 5% every time you click on the link and order (also 10% off your first order). There used to be an issue with poor packaging (ie thin single walled boxes for 30kg of cat food!) but recent orders have been well packed in thick boxes with those plastic strips binding the box together. Huge variety of foods, some not available in the UK anywhere else. Very reasonable prices. Some items are sent from Germany so can take a day or so longer than ordering from UK websites. Normally very quick delivery via Parcelforce.
www.petplanet.co.uk - Free delivery on orders over £29 - Have only recently started using them but am very impressed, despatch can sometimes take a few days but they send by 24hr citylink courier so overall fairly good delivery speeds. Very good customer service, prices are generally very competitive and they seem to have some good offers on too.
www.rlpetproducts.co.uk - Delivery £3.60 - Good customer service, very quick delivery. I placed a bulk order over the phone and received a decent discount and delivery was also free although I can't see anything mentioned on their website so maybe ring or email first if placing a large order.

http://www.pet-supermarket.co.uk/
They almost sound like they are the same as Pet Planet cos also use City Link and deliveries are a bit slow but Puppy Pads and dishes were very good, also free delivery over £29

www.animalmedicines.co.uk have used them with no problems and www.medicines4yourpet.com

I like http://www.funky-felines.co.uk (http://www.funky-felines.co.uk) - they don't have a vast range of stuff but they have nice products and good customer service in my experience.
I've also used http://www.animeddirect.co.uk (http://www.animeddirect.co.uk) (although only once) - no problem with them, and they seem fairly inexpensive.

For those of you with other types of small furries:
www.thehayexperts.co.uk are ace. Quick delivery, high quality products and excellent customer service; the owner is a real animal lover who works very hard to improve animal (especially rabbit) welfare.
Also for more general health and hygiene type supplies, www.sphsupplies.co.uk have always been excellent and reliable, again with excellent customer service.

I use VetUK and my stuff only take 2 days at most to arrive from ordering. Also received some Renalzin which had got broken in transit and they replaced it immediately without any argument and the replacement arrived after the weekend so with no post being delivered on a Sunday it was a total of 3 days including the Sunday for the replacement to arrive. Must add only one of the Renalzin arrived broken out of the 2 ordered.

I use Hyperdrug for buying vaccinations and kittening stuff from and they have been fantastic with excellent customer service and quick delivery. When the nutridrops in the kitten lifeline pack leaked last year I phoned to let them know and ask if they could replace the nutridrops and they just sent me out a whole new kitten lifeline pack even though the tub of colostrum in the original one was undamaged!
