Title: play time with Cathie, Maddie and Jonny kitten

Cathie kitten loves carpet but everywhere is either tiled or has laminate flooring, except the landing and stairs. this meant Cathie was dashing out to sprawl out on the carpet everytime we opened the door. so when my father in law got one of his rooms recarpeted recently we stole some of his offcuts for Cathie. so because Cathie got a gift, we bought new toys for Jonny and Maddie too. here was their play session recently.

it isn't Leonie who is the problem, it's Maddie. Maddie hisses at every other cat she sees which makes the other cats hiss back. Jonny has never hissed at anyone, he's such a subordinate cat that he has no enemies and cathie only hisses at humans! i think it's because Maddie was bitten on the leg by one of the other kittens and we had to rush her to the vets because she went lame. she even hisses at her own sister! Leonie actually gets on really well with Jonny and i'm hoping she does it in front of my OH because i'm very attached to Jonny too  :shy:
