Has anyone tried knitting with cats around!
It is impossible. They think I am playing with two mog bogglers and leap on one needle each. Then they steal the ball of wool. They love knitting needles it would seem!

Cute pic of Monty!

   - somehow I think that whatever you're knitting is going to take a while. They're gorgeous x

Thats a genius photo, but I agree that whatever you are knitting may take a while!
They just think you are trying to play!

I knit quite often with my 7 cats about but must admit that now I have started using circular needles instead of straight ones as they can be used to knit in the round and straight.
I also crochet with my 7 cats around.
Little hint to stop them attacking the wool is use the wool from the inside first instead of the outside as they can not see the wool moving as easy (well not until you are near the end of the ball, lol)
Knitting wise since a week before xmas have done

6 Baby sets (Matinee coat, bonnet, bootees & mittens)
5 small baby hats

Looks like you knitters have as much fun as I do when cutting fabric for sewing projects!
It will take at least twice as long to cut the fabric (as have to cut on the floor).....and that's as long as the cat doesn't go to sleep on it!
Just as well we love 'em :Luv:
