Got asked if I could help with a middle aged blind cat when I rang the vet today (can't complain too much, first call of the year!!), I am a bit full, and dont really want to take on a blind cat when I have cats that are a bit temperamental, so wondered if anyone could help? Very friendly and affectionate cat apparently. I Am ringing a rescue that take on special needs cats tomorrow or Sat.

If I didn't have Boysie I would have tried to help with the blind cat Des, it would get on with the blind Lhasa Apso that's arriving shortly!
Good luck with that one. Sorry can't help this time

Thanks anyway Sue - the rescue who take special needs has a space, so I have told the vet to pass the number onto her client, and fingers crossed for him - they do put them up for rehoming, and have the right set up for them, so it is better the cat going there than to me.

That's good news Des, I hope it all works out for him
