I was looking at Domino today and I noticed he has a bald patch just above his leg. :( I took a closer look and there is a small round hole, about the size of a bee bee gun pellet. I panicked so got my Mum who is worried as well and showed my dad. My first though was, he's been shot, but if he has been, wouldn't the hole be much bigger and swollen? My mum thought cyst as it feels quite hard around it but we aren't sure if that's just normal. My Dad thought parasites. He doesn't look in pain but keeps washing that area. We can't get him to the vet tonight but he will be going tomorrow. I was just wondering if anyone has any idea what it could be. We are so worried and the thought of someone hurting him makes me so so angry and upset. :(

I hope its not a pellet cos so many very wicked people around.
I hope its nothing to worry about after you have seen the vet tomorrow

Thanks Gill, he's all sorted now :) The vet thinks it's a bite of some sort, my mum took him so I don't know the exact details but it's been cleaned, he's been given an injection and is now on antibiotics. Cost £43 but we would pay anything for that little kitty. :Luv2:

So pleased and it would have ended up as an abcess but the abs will sort it ;D

Glad it wasn''t a pellet and he will be okay in a few days and you took him quick enough so it didn't turn into anything nasty .
