Those that were here in August will remember I was fostering a cat called Erasmo and there was another straying in the area that I have been expecting since late July.
Well we believe he finally arrived at around 4pm today and is called Shadow(named by the old lady who has been feeding him). He is a black boy and has been wondering for a while but an old lady has been feeding him since the end of November and waiting because of weather and xmas to be able for him to be moved as he kept attacking her cat so he was allowed out in the day and given access to the house over night in the kitchen. He is going in the vets tomorrow for the snip(castration).

Another one safe.......well done

Glad he's been 'caught' ;D Hope he settles in well and finds a forever home ASAP :)

well done :)

Feel a bit sorry for him seeing he will be in when he has only been with me for around 17 hours. He is nothing in temperament like what was being painted by the person that brought the other cat back in July and is quite loving towards people but not over keen on other cats so may be in a while. Would say he weighs about 4 to 4 1/2 Kilos in weight is at least around 3 years or maybe older going on teeth discolouration.

well done you - looking forward to some pics :Luv2:

He is home from the vet after his operation and all they would say is he is a young adult and he had no microchip as got them to scan as the rescues scanner is broken.
He appears to be doing well and have just fed him to allow him to feel a bit more cat like after the anaesthetic.

Sending him some gentle cuddles

This is my foster boy feeling a lot better and was a pain in the backside to get these two pictures of
PS had to change the batteries as it took that many attempts hence the wrong date on the photos

What a gorgeous boy, love the little white bit on his chest :Luv2:
-
Is strange as he has near identical markings to my 12 year old male cat including the white patches between his front and back legs underneath as well as the chest spot.

Hmmm would love to know what Shadow has been through before he came to me as it took me ages to find him once the window cleaners had been but managed and he was so freaked out that he was shaking but have brought him around again after laying on the floor cuddling him for over an hour.

Poor boy and hope he is OK

He seems back to normal meowing every time I go in the kitchen as he is in the dining room and even had a little play and thoroughly scent marked me as his by rubbing his face all over my face     Even when I was choking on the cat fur as have a bad cough and asthma, you just have to love it that he was being so friendly towards me but could have killed me off

Oh boy :scared:

Some one has come forward to offer him a home so he is still with me until home checks have been done rather than unsettle him twice.
