Not long now! I cannot believe how quickly this year has gone by! I have been in the fortunate position to visit many countries, meet many animals and the wonderful people and organisations looking after them and trying to make things better. Now in Thailand and very pleased to have met the dedicated people of Lanta Animal Welfare caring for the numerous unwanted 'bob-tail' cats and kittens here. The clinic manager tells me these odd tailed cuties are the least desirable here in Southern Thailand and any cat with a 'long' (normal) tail is rarely found unwanted or stray ... and if they have any in for rehoming ... they are snapped up quickly. We humans really are a funny bunch!!! :doh:
I wish everyone in the Purrs family a very safe, happy and fun 2011.
