Hi could some one please let me know is Zooplus is a safe site to enter your card details on and buy on the internet and what is there service like :thanks:

I think Zooplus has been around for a while, it's very well established. I bought a cat tree from them recently and had no trouble at all.

Hi

Zooplus is definitely 'safe', their service is OK. They used to be based solely in Germany so things took a day or two longer than from a UK company but they also despatch from Bedford nowadays. The only issues I've had in the past is with their packaging, 30kg of cat food in a single walled box  :doh: They seem to have improved on the packaging front lately though.

If you click on the link at the bottom of each Purrs page it takes you straight to the Zooplus site and you get 10% off your first order PLUS they donate 5% to the Purrs fund  ;D

I buy from Zooplus every month, and my credit card details are held on line, and I have had no problems with them
