I went into the garden today and Kylie was on her back. She usually only does this indoors when she wants food - I grabbed the camera and took some pics. I thought she was being cute but when I put my hand near her, she shredded it - her idea of fun I guess :-:

Scotspeak lession required (again) please Lynn :evillaugh: Only two things I don't understand in that sentence:
1) What is the significance of murdering dentists?
2) What is a docking leaf?
Oh and while I'm 3) Is blooming a description or an expletive here?
-
 Christine.
A docking plant/leaves are notorious weeds that are SO VERY hard to get rid of. These are what you rub onto a nettle sting to stop the stinging (apparently altho i never felt it worked that well)
As for the dentist  Have you seen "little shops of horrors" film with annie 2 the man eating plant ?? LOL If i remember correctly that nasty dentist boyfriend ended up as plant fodder :evillaugh: (oh and this plant grew very quickly with the human blood lol, great film/musical and my son loves it)
and as for bloomin..LOL didnt think of that but both i guess :evillaugh:

I thought you meant those - we call them dock leaves. Apparently they take the sting out of nettles - not the barbed ones, the ones with little white flowers that give you a rash. Apparently you normally find them growing together. (we used to have fields, ditches & marshes where I grew up - but it's part of docklands now and unrecognisable :'( )
-
yeah thats the nasty nettles mark LOL..butterflys absolutely love them though.
-
LOL love little shop of horrors but I thought the big 'Feed me noooooowwwww' plant was Audrey
Kylie looks very cute and happy though
