Title: windows open in the summer

I started a thread a few days ago regarding opening windows in the summer while not letting my cats out, alot of you mentioned ideas then i thought my windows open outwards so would my windows still be ok for the things you suggested

Tan you may want to go back to that thread and post this that way the peeps who are on that thread can keep track and may be able to offer advice.
