Title: 16 year old tortie needs a home by this weekend

Had an email from another rescue regarding a 16 year old tortie.  An elderly gentleman is moving at weekend and sadly has made no arrangements for his cat.  If anyone can help, can they please contact me asap.  I'm not sure what condition the cat is in but apparently overweight.  The cat is in Little Sutton area,  :thanks:

Hopefully somewhere is being sorted but it's not definite yet, Gina's had a couple of offers of help for this old girl........I've just received an email off her now from a lady who'd offered her a home and she doesn't live too far from me.  They do have other cats though and a dog so I'm not sure how she'll react as she's from a quiet household.  I'll keep you posted if anything comes of it.

I am glad you have had some offers Dawn, I couldnt' get onto Hotmail last night to e-mail you - I cant take on another permanent till we know what is going on with Tiger.

Thanks Des, I'm gonna give Gina a ring now, the lady near me that's offered sounds really nice so she could always give her a try.  If things don't work out then something else will obviously have to be sorted out but fingers crossed, she will settle in fine.

This has now been sorted  :)  Apparently the elderly guys neighbour has offered to take this little one in so she'll be staying in the same street, so much less stress all round......I'm so pleased for her  :Luv:
