Google local wildlife sancturies hun. I found that most of them are unfortunately not open 24 hours. I ended up calling Wildlife Aid who were able to give me advice that night. I hope the little thing will be ok.

I hope the poor thing is OK :'( - In the meantime, make sure it has some cat food (wet or dry) and water. Hedgehogs mustn't be given bread & milk.
There is a list here of places that will help. http://www.britishhedgehogs.org.uk/carers.htm
These are the Manchester numbers from it
Barbara Roberts 0161 445 5917
