Hi All,
below is a picture of "Benji" the spot bengal, we may be re-homing him but would like some advise if any of you have any Bengals about there temperrament, what they are like with other cats etc.
he is 10 weeks old and is currently living up in the scotland area, it will be quite a journey to go and pick him up, has anyone travelled a long distance with a cat, if so is it safe?

We travelled a long way to collect our old girl, from Yorks to London and our other oldie was brought from Essex up here too.
Byron was fine with the travelling never bothered a jot but I think Pepper scratched a lot of the way.
I think I depends on the cat really but there are things you can do help if need be and I believe that if a loving home is found then a long journey can be worthwhile the short upset.

I have got 4 Benglies and 2 moggies. ;D
He is very young to have left his Mum and siblings - are you getting him from a breeder?

Hi Sheryl, he has not left his mum yet, it will be a few weeks yet before he is ready. yes he is from a breeder, a guy that i work with so we know that he has come from good backgrounds

He looks like a lovely little boy - one of mine is a Snow spotted :Luv:
If your other cats are older they may find him quite hard to deal with because Benglies are so energetic and naughty and just want to play and play and then play some more. I personally couldnt imagine life without my Benglies now but they definately keep me on my toes :rofl:
They can be prone to what I call "Bengly Bum" and a lot of them tend to have very sensitive tums (mine are all on a grain free diet which sorted initial problems out) They love water and in their opinions the curtains are for their amusement and when they were little they used to play who can reach the pelmet first game :rofl:
Is he going to be registered etc?
