And I thought My ironing pile was big this morning!! :evillaugh:
I had the hair problem, I put the basket up out of the way thinking it would be hair free, silly me.

I had the same thing last night, we were supposed to do a carboot sale yesterday but it was raining so we brought everything back and put it in the living room. I put a basket of clothes on the floor, and another box on top so there was only a tiny space with the clothes showing, Pepsi jumped straight into the tiny gap and snuggled herself down into it :Luv: There was the new bed which I'd bought right next to her as well :innocent: :evillaugh:
-
I dont do irnoning as such.. I hang things up damp and in warm place and they normaly dry fine :)
As for hairs all over clothes, I give up. No matter how much I hoover and groom my son esp gets plastered in hairs :evillaugh:
-
What is this "ironing" of which you speak? I just hang stuff up and hope the creases drop out - I have an interview on Wednesday though so am going to have to find the iron to iron my "good" blouse! It's covered in cat hairs at the moment....
-
I have given up and even wash the cat blankets in with the regular washing unless they they have an Alice skid mark :evillaugh:

I'm with you there.. I only iron if its really really necessary :scared: :scared: cat hairs well thats a different problem :gpoint: :gpoint:
-
I absolutely hate ironing, its the worst. I have a perfectly good iron, dont think it has seen the light of day for at least 6 months :evillaugh: it only comes out when absolutely necessary.
-
I am with you, hate ironing and not had iron out since I stopped working, creases drop out eventually
As for cat fur, have totally given up.........sigh
-
I like shirts ironed properly. I also press my linen pillow cases :-[
I'm not as bad as my mum - she irons teatowels :evillaugh:

And my dear old mum bless her used to iron socks :wow:
-
How do you get away with not ironing????? My stuff has to be done otherwise i'll look like i've spent the night in the car!! People couldn't understand why i ironed bedclothes (especially as i live on my own and only occasionally have company ;) so i stopped-the set i have on the bed now looks like it's been trampled on by a herd of elephants, tho
The oldies are funny aren't they? My mom used to iron hankies, towels and knickers!
-
:Luv: Awww Bonnie - what a little love!
I suppose at least she wasnt on freshly ironed clothes - Mr T seeks those out, a per purrfect place for a good scratch and de-fluff! :evillaugh:
As to ironing socks, hankies etc ....
I hate ironing, but I love crisp, fresh handkerchiefs ... and I have been known to iron thick socks to help dry them off. I also iron EVERYTHING possible before packing to go away, as it helps "squash" more into my bag LOL :evillaugh:
-
You'll just have to wait until she's ready to move. thats what I do with the hoovering. When Lettuce and Zareth are ready to move out I'll do a proper hoover.
As if!
-
LOL me too Pudding, (which happens to be one of the names i call my Chuch!) and, as he's asleep more than he's awake, the hoovering doesn't get done, what a shame
-
LOL..I thibnk its the purrrrfect excuse NOT to iron! :evillaugh: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Couldn't agree more ;D And there's nothing wrong with a bit of cat fur to accessorise your outfits ;)
