I went to collect a cat today. Originaly it was her with her 8 week old kitten, but they passed the kitten on. I was shocked to find this girl who has had kittens is actualy only 8 months old, had gotton pregnant at 5 months old!! :( She is a kitten herself and so thin :( The home I took her from wasnt the best and when I got there she was out the front hiding behind a sofa thrown out.. Coaxed her out and she is a sweet little girl and loves fusses. Apperently she isnt litter trained but I woke this morning and she has used the litter tray, though doesnt seem to know how to cover it over.. She is booked in friday to be spayed bless her and then she can carry on from her young life and perhaps remember how to be a kitten and want to play..

Aww, I do hate seeing such young cats (well, still kittens technically) that have had litters. At least this will be her only litter, and am sure she will soon remember what kittenhood is about.

What an adorable little face. Poor girl, she must be so confused. What's her name?
-
Her name is Misty and she is such a sweet poppet.. She is booked in to be spayed bless her. You cant tell by the pictures but she is pretty thin, probably from feeding kittens and they took it out of her, she is also alot smaller than what the pictures make her look, I am not that good at capturing good shots.

Aw bless her little heart - she looks like she's not scared now in those pics - very happy to be with you. :Luv2:

When i first met (Mikey's) Heather she'd got Chloe, a beautiful black cat with 3 gorgeous kittens, found in someone's garden, i believe. Heather reckoned she was about 7 months old and she was SO quiet. She'd put a video of her and the babies on CC and her eyes looked blue! (they weren't!) but i couldn't wait to see her in the flesh. As the kittens grew, they must've driven her mad, but she was such a patient, loving mom! :catplay2: She was rehomed with her little lad who was a proper mommy's boy and the other 2 rehomed together :Luv2: :Luv2: I've never forgoten her..........(if i can find the link, i'll put it on if anyone would like to see the video!)
FOUND IT!!! It's taken me all this time, lol! (It's now 9.10am, lol!)

very like Kaycee we working with just now. She has just had her litter a week ago at around 6-7mths of age. She is SO tiny and isn't coping well with it at all so we are now hand rearing the little ones. It is so horrible to see these babies already having babies of their own when it really does take SO much out of them.
when will people learn.....
-
I know, i've been reading the thread about Kaycee, just awful :( People take on these cute kittens and don't bother about the consequences-it makes me sick! >:(
-
Aww bless.. I havent seen the thread on kaycee :( It is just so horrid they have to go through this :(

Well this beauty was spayed today bless her. Collected her at 4pm and was given a buster collar as she has already started pulling at stitches :naughty: I hate having to use this, makes me feel cruel  She is good about it though and has learnt how to move about the bowls to eat and drink already and isnt trying to get it off bless her.. 1st vaccination Monday with post op check..
In hospital and isolation cage

Bless her, what a cutie!
I cant work out why vets are still stitching when glue does the job with nothing to pull out!

So glad she's ok, poor baby :Luv2: :Luv2:
