Most of my bedding is pale and Riley in particular is a bed hogger so it gets hairy in no time :tired: I obviously didn't want to stop them sleeping on my bed so did the next best thing - bought some grey/silver duver covers :evillaugh: Some night-time phone pics of Riley spreading his hair ;)
This one has some white in so he matches well :naughty:

This one matches both boys perfectly although Lu is not really a bed hogger like Riley

Genius, maybe I can buy Pepsi-coloured covers for my sofa, chairs, cushions, floor, clothes, rug, food... :evillaugh: Even though she's a dark brown/orangey colour she leaves really pale clumps of fawny coloured hair everywhere
-
You'll have to take a sample clump of fur with you to match it :evillaugh:

I have two ginger tabby and whites , one black , one grey and cream and one darker ginger and white cat - I think I may stryggle nto find a match! :evillaugh:

Why is there a tiny part of my brain that tells me you did actually do this when you went shopping: :innocent:
Lexy being black and white means I can't go the black/white route. I have white linen mostly, so I spend a bit of time with the sticky roller thingies cleaning :tired:
-
Aww look at Riley, he's got that cute little sleepy face on :Luv2:
I bought a brown and gold throw for my bed ages ago as I was sick of the cat hairs stuck in my bed sheets, needless to say I dont have any brown or gold cats :evillaugh:

This is why my ambition is to have everything covered in tweed. It won't show the hairs. At present my lot are reasonably even in colour, but when you have a ginger, a white, a siamese and a blue burmese as was the case not that many years ago, it was murder finding anything that did not show the hairs of someone.

This made me giggle lol!

I love light bedding - creams and whites so with the clan cats that is a challange in its self but have now got lovely throws which means bedding is relatively hair free apart from the ones who sleep under the duvet next to the sheets but I can knit a cat after tumble drying the throws!
-
I used to have mostly white bedding with coloured detail but having a black cat it was a nightmare. Now I have heavily patterned duvet covers, mostly in the pink/purple colour ways and I have to say, it takes ages for the hair to show up ;D Unless you look closely, then you see I'm not quite so enthusiastic with the sticky rollers :-[

Bonnie's hair seems to mix in well with this bedding that I have  :Luv2:

 this thread
my two get hairs all over being tabby and white and Gingery torty and white and I must have every implement there is to remove hairs but I just can't seem to remove them from some things :-:

OK so the tripod is black and white... how come she only ever sheds the white bits on my nice dark coloured bedding, and saves the black bits for my cream carpets?
-
:naughty: Two of my cats sleep on the bed all night, and a black white and tabby make occasional visits when the 'big boys' are out. So I'd have to have multi coloured everything. However, I've found a quite good tool for getting the hairs off the bedding - if you wash it with the hair on it just gets stuck even worse! It's a rubber grooming tool I got from the vets, sort of fits in your hand. Good for long haired cats, but also for getting hair off fabrics.
-
Bren - do you know the name of the grooming thingy or have a pic?

Err, she's a cat - it's her job :naughty:

Could it be a Kong Zoom Groom? They are fab.
I just stick to dark colours, so purples and blacks. It shows up white hairs, but not black so I consider it a success :evillaugh:
Lucas and Riley are just a tad drop dead gorgeous :Luv:

 Yup, it's a Zoom Groom
