Mark: Catteries feed whatever the owner feeds. I wouldn't be impressed if I fed my cat Iams and then got a lecture from a cattery and was told they wouldn't feed it.

I got the impression it was the cattery "house brand" for people that don't specify a food. I thought people took their own if they wanted their cats fed anything else. The cattery near here feeds RC unless people want something else.

Every time I have used a cattery in the past they have asked what I fed and then if it was one they didn't have in as they rarely had people saying their cats ate it (such as RC Maine Coon or RC Outdoor) then they went and and bought some in for my cats at no extra cost.

Hi Mark,

Clients get sent a form to fill in and one of the questions is "what food do you feed"
95% of the answers are IAMS
We get a few "Go-Cats" and then theres the persciption foods

Yes - I stopped buying it after I read about the experiments they did on cats and dogs.
