Hello all,
I thought I would just make you aware of the updated and brand spanking new website for Shropshire Cat Rescue ;D I think it's ace. I took the pics of Cola and Pepsi and those are my arms holding Poppy lol
Please have a look and say what you think, mods, I hope I have put this is in the wrong place, please fell free to delete or move if you need to

Nice arms :naughty:
Site looks great, the look on Mongo's face is hilarious - I'm surprised he hasn't been snapped up with a gorgeous little face like that :Luv:
Edit: Just had another look and he reminds me of a ferret :evillaugh: I'm in love with his Mum Lenny and Dave too :Luv:

Lokks great and very different in a nice way to others......love the cats

Nice looking site, only objection is the music. Not everyone has the same music taste also if they are sneaking a look from work and the music blares out you won't get them sneaking a look again. Music that automatically plays as a website opens is a no no in web design.
-
I noticed this as well, but if you go to the bottom of the page you can turn it off ;) Also, at work I tend to have my computer muted just in case :sneaky:
Ahmed is lovely; he just wants so much affection and climbs up your chest for fuss :Luv2:

On firefox with ad blocker running I see no control to turn off the music, but that's kind of besides the point. Music loading and playing as you open a web page is very high up the list of no no's on what to do when designing a website.

Looks very modern but agree with the music - as said above.
Good site but to me I feel its a bit cluttered and one obvious problem I found (unless I was looking in wrong place and couldn't find it) is that there is no way to navigate to the adoptable cats profiles other than from the home page.
I only had a very very quick look so it may be me that can't spot how its been put in. good luck with the new site - hope it really helps boost profile of the rescue

I will take all the comments to the volunteers who has designed the site and see what she says. Thanks for looking ;D
