She chooses the smallest one on the floor
She has one on the stool she is sleeping under, 2 on the sofa and dog pads on the window ledge :-:
-
At least she sleeps on one of her beds, Pepsi has a radiator bed and a hooded cosy bed, and she sleeps on the back of the sofa :evillaugh: There's a pretty polka dot round bed at work that I want to get for her and put it on the place where she sleeps now but I think she'd ignore that too and go and sleep on the floor or something

I know what you mean Mark - see my thread about Bonnie's new bad (new pics!!) When my mum said she wanted to buy it I said no as it would be a waste and she would only use it once in about 3 months time! Made a liar out of me and she's in it all the time - even at night she sleeps in it but sneaks on to my bed about 3.00 a.m.

Tiffany and Trigger both lie on the rock-hard and cold slate hearth with their paws wrapped around the stove's legs, and if I put a bed down for them there they ignore it, even though it gets lovely and warm
the only way I can get either of them into a cat bed is to arrange to pass it on to someone else - then of course they can't wait to use it >:(

Cats! You never know where they are going to choose to sleep next.
Usually, at night, Mr T sleeps next to or on top of me. But during the recent very cold weather, he slept on the window sill, above the radiator. He would usually pull a bit of curtain round so he sat on it! Very cosy.
so - when we couldn't find him 2 nights ago, at first I thought he would be on the window sill. But he wasn't! We started a cat hunt. Good little Chloe was tucked up on the bed but no Mr T!
We finally found him, under the sofa, curled up in the donut bed that he had abandoned previously! The throw on the sofa comes down to the ground and hides it from view. So he had a lovely, warm dark cave. ;)

The Munchkin has two lovely wicker basket style beds- one is a cave bed and the other a more open one. He won't sleep in either (although he uses one of the beds to store his little catnip friends). He likes to sleep on the kichen work surface just above the boiler. The only problem is that once asleep, he has a tendency to 'flow' and usually ends up flowing off the kitchen surface and into his water bowl which is directly beneath him. We usually know it's happened when we hear a splash, followed by the appearance of a damp cat trying desperately to look like he meant to do it!

Clapton is another one. He moved from the bedroom to the dining room around October. When it started getting cold, he moved from the sofa (that he has to himself as we don't really use the room) to the floor under the radiator. So he didn't have to sleep on the hard floor, I put a large cushion down for him. Last month decided to get him (another) new bed with the VetUK order. He will not go in it  - I moved the cushion away and put the bed in its place but he found the cushion and laid on it. A couple of weeks ago, I moved the bed next to the cushion but as yet, he is still on the cushion. I am thinking of taking the cover off and putting it in the bed until he gets used to it.
I put a worn jumper in the bed to try to encourage him but it's a no-go :tired:
