We all often moan about bad customer service so I thought I'd let you know about some fab customer service.
I placed an order with Hyperdrug a few weeks ago for some kittening items and cancelled it last week after I phoned so see why my 'next day' delivery still hadn't arrived and was told the items weren't in stock even though they showed as instock when I ordered them and noone had contacted me to say they weren't in stock and the guy I spoke to didn't seem to know or care when they'd be back in stock so I cancelled my order.
I then ordered from Petmeds and my order arrived really quickly. When it arrived the bottle of nutridrops in the collate kitten lifeline pack had leaked a bit so I phoned them just to let them know and they said they couldn't just replace the bottle of nutridrops as that is a separate item technically to the lifeline pack (which is a bottle of nutridrops and a tub of colostrum) so they would send me a whole new lifeline pack out! I asked if they wanted me to send the colostrum that arrived with the leaking nutridrops back to them as it is in perfect condition and they said no, they'll just claim for the damages from Royal Mail and they got the replacement posted out on the same day I phoned to let them know about the leak :wow:
Absolutely fantastic customer service and the people at the other end of the phone actually sounded like they cared. Definately a site I'll be using in future ;D ;D

I use petmeds for quite a few bits and bons Lottie and their prices are pretty good on what I buy and service has always been great.

That's really good - I agree, we do rush to complain but I must admit if I get good customer service I do mention it. As a matter of fact I told the manager in Morrisons the other day how nice and polite one of the cashiers was - she was so unbelievably nice and not like a robot - 'have a nice day', 'do you want any help packing?' etc. and she was only about 18.

Oh dear .. I've always got such good service from Hyperdrug :scared: :scared: They must have been having a very off day. No excuse for acting like complete numpties though.
