One of my friends from another forum has an eleven-year old cat. She's American and lives in the USA. She knows how keen we are on here on high-meat-content foods and is after recommendations that she can buy over there for her cat.
She's also asked for any vitamin supplements, but my reasoning is that a high quality food will take care of all that.
So... do any of our American members know of brands I could recommend to her please?
:thanks:

Innova EVO, Blue Buffalo (wilderness), Felidae, California Natural, Taste of the Wild ... All are high meat, grain free.
They have so much choice over there *sigh*

Theres loads of choice like den said, when i first started looking all i could find were american products :tired:

as Orijen is made in Canada, I would expect it to be very widely available in the States

Orijen is available over there. It's dry only. The brands I listed are both wet and dry foods.

:thanks: guys: I've persuaded my chum that wet foods are the way to go

We used to use the BB Wilderness, but for some odd reason Leo began to not want it any more. Now we use the EVO and I am very pleased with it. ALso, if it is a vet sold diet, Royal Canin CC is good, if they are on a calorie control diet.
Opps, forgot a new one I happen to like. Merrick's BG (Before Grain): http://www.beforegrain.com/ (http://www.beforegrain.com/)

There's a chart of all the different good quality wet foods available in the US here:
