will they take 7kgs of cat tan?
Thanks cc hun
Yeap they have a smooth strong metal frame but this is covered with the plush fabric so soft to touch / rest near for the cats. My two are asleep in their "Bunk pods" as i call em now. They are their main beds and they love them as they are high up on a cat tree in the lounge. Their other beds are the cosy cat caves in our bedroom so they choose between the two depending if they want to be near us or not. :)
The hammocks have a hole in the bit that fits over a cat post thread so when you put one post on top of another with thread screwed in, the hammock is held up by the force of the two posts twisted together. Or you can put in just underneath of a top platform which i have done for the two hammocks.
They do come with some cat tress already but when i got my tall tree it only had one so i looked for a place to buy just another hollow. :) as the lads wanted one each! :innocent: Thought they are a great add on to sell in the shop :)
TIP- Place a cat tree by a window with the hammock on a high position. Cats will relax for hours watching the outside world from a position that makes them feel comfortable and safe.
Please ensure the hammock is used in replacement of an orginal platform with high cat trees to keep the orginal balance of the cat tree and climbing exits.
