I knew that would surprise you :evillaugh:
I took this picture of Blip yesterday afternoon and when I came to look at it, you can clearly see Blip's third eye reflected in the window. How spooky is that? :evillaugh:
For those who don't know the significance of the third eye, here's an introduction: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Third_eye
Now, the puppet you can see in the fireplace is Shiva, the Hindu god of destruction.
In case anyone who doesn't know me reads this, I do realise it is an illusion of the light.

And if you look closely, there is also a 4th eye on the side of her head - something I'm sure cats have as well as another on the back :evillaugh:
In fact, it wouldn't surprise me if they discovered that cats anal glands were parietal :-:

Don't supose you have double glazing by any chance?

;)
And it's just been installed, which is why the recessed area looks so tatty in the picture :shy:

EEK! :hairrasin: Thank heavens Halloween has passed! :shify:
-
It's not an illusion ......... it's Blip's shiny nose. :Luv2:

Well, in any case, you can all see the sort of Bohemian chaos that pervades this establishment, even from this small snapshot :evillaugh:
The foot in the picture is attached to OH, who has a foot infection and is wearing two pairs of socks. The FitFlops are mine ;) Shiva is a souvenir of my former travels...
-
:evillaugh: I had to look twice at who posted this, I knew it couldn't possibly be you, Christine. Blip is as gorgeous as ever :Luv2:
-
Bohemian chaos that is not. It is actually almost exactly how I would have pictured your place had I thought about it. It expresses you very well. Personally I hate 'obsessively tidy'. I do wonder, however, how your Indian puppet man stays so intact in such a vulnerable position. Shadow would have assumed it was a chew toy ...

In keeping with this thread topic, thought you'd appreciate this picture I took of Jack and Astryd. ;)

:wow: Looks like they are in the middle of being beamed up to the starship enterprise

I thought it had more of a "heavenly light" kind of feel about it..... :Luv:
-
There is more between heaven and cat than you would know :naughty:
but the pic of Jack and Astryd gives me the creeps, to me it looks like soldiers coming home from war :(
Has anyone heard the story of Simon Vinkenoog, a Dutch cult figure from the 60's?
He drilled a hole in his forehead in public, wanted a third eye :omg:
-
Gives you the creeps? Really? I like it, I think there's something very serene about it!
-
there are some eerie moments now and then when Oliver becomes all porcupined and stare at one spot, always happens like 3am, some ungodly hour... :shify: I wonder what he sees with his third eye, I am sure it will show up if I take a picture in that angle, as we have double glazing on all our windows too... :sneaky:

Was just looking through a site I buy a few things from now and again and came across the 3rd eye that you want Mark:
