Title: My Ragdoll kittens first birthday
Post by: Philip on November 12, 2009, 22:26:25 PM
Happy birthday Skye, Christian and Saba.

All of you have turned out to be beautiful young ragdoll adults.

Except you wouldn't believe they were adults (if you know what I mean).

Yes.

The owners send me regular emails and I phone them to check up on them. All part of being a responsible breeder.

The Raggie kittens I sold in my last litter have flourished and look stunning. They are very happy in their new homes and have been neutered/spayed as per my conditions of sale and are vaccinated and well cared for. It was really hard to let them go so I am happy. As I had over 50 phone calls for 3 kittens, I was lucky in that I could chose who I sold them to. It wasn't a case of first come first served. You wouldn't believe some of the emails/calls I got. One was from a lady who had just given up 5 cats a month previously for no good reason and now wanted a ragdoll kitten....... >:(

I wont be breeding from the litter mates I kept. they are all spayed/neutered now. I'm not breeding at the moment as there are too many pedigree cats in rescues right now.

that is good news!  I always send an update to Tilly's breeder on Tilly's birthday and she seems to appreciate it
