Title: Elias' digestion
Post by: woodlandcats on October 17, 2009, 07:55:16 AM
Monday I will take him to the vet. I think he has liver probs. His poo was yellow this morning (he did it on the toilet floor after eating there) Also he vomits after eating food from a pouch. He's rather thin but has a huge tum, so a worm treatment might also help.
Meanwhile Elliot is watching what I type so I cannot see my words anymore now.

Do you give him milk? Could be because of that! Also kitten food is very rich maybe a change over to adult.... ;)

I'd take him to the vet just to be on the safe side but if he is skinny with a large tum worms do sound to be the culprit!  ;)

nono, no milk!
I bought two trial bags of special food, see what happens over the weekend.

there are a couple of varieties of pouch which give Trigger the runs, with blood, and make him sick - both almost bright yellow - and when whatever it is is out of his system he's fine again

If he tends to gobble the pouch food down that could be why he vomits...One of mine used to do this!  ;)

He's not getting them anymore but his poo is runny and yellow
