My sweet little Gizzy, I can't believe just 12 short days after your brother Goblin was taken from us, that you are gone too.  You were such a little angel, I've never known a kitty like you.

You were so sweet, and loving and were more like a dog than a cat!  I'll never forget how you would jump up and rest your front paws on my upper leg, and purr like crazy.  You were such a good mom, and Squeak is missing you.

Goodbye my beautiful green-eyed girl, rest in peace with Gobby.  We love you. xxxx

Thanks everyone.  They truly were beautiful cats.  The photo attached was taken when they were kittens, and they were only 2 when they died. :-(

Goblin was killed instantly when he was hit by a car on 25 September.  He was a REAL sweetie, a little panther!  He would always meow, in a very odd way (he never did quite learn!) with his tongue sticking out!  So from a distance you'd see this black face with a flash of pink as he meowed.  He would just "flop", falling over wherever he was when you rubbed his cheeks, which he loved!  He would purr and drool on you.  He was always a silly sausage and if any of our cats were to be hit by a car, I would have guessed it to be him.

His sister Gizmo was killed when she was hit by a car on 7 October. She rolled and bolted for the entrance of the garden, and when my hubby ran out to her she was already dead. 

I honestly couldn't believe it when he called me and gave me the news.   :'(  She was such an adorable cat and the house feels very empty now without them.  I miss them both.

They were a truly beautiful pair

RIP Goblin and Gizmo

There is another Gizmo waiting at the Bridge - he will help settle you in and introduce you to all his kitty friends, waiting for the day when their people come to take them home forever :)

that road you live on is so busy, bless them they didnt stand a chance as cars go too fast.


You must be so heartbroken, to lose 3 cats in a few months  :hug:
