Title: What does a home visit entail?
Post by: Catz on September 28, 2009, 20:52:44 PM
Just as it says on the tin.  I've left a message with a rescue on their answer machine to arrange a home visit as I'd like to adopt one of their kittens. Either an all black or a ginger tom if possible  I have no idea what happens with a home visit.

Firstly we check that your nets are clean, followed by running a finger along the mantelpiece checking for dust.  :evillaugh:

Seriously, it is just making sure the cat is going into a safe and suitable environment  :)

There is a suitable cat for most people but it is a case of matching the right cat/s with the right people that fit both their needs.

Sorry about the first line but it is obvious sometimes that people have been virtually spring cleaning before a visit. If people sound anxious on the phone. I know Julie (Pinkbear) sometimes jokes that hobnobs a tea go a long way towards a positive outcome  :evillaugh:
