:-[ He's been beaten up twice now by Sam, our neighbour's wily siamese cat. Poor chap has just come back in with a scratch across his nose >:(
They've had a couple of stand offs where nothing has happened, but Sam has also whacked him a couple of times now.
Dougie doesn't seem scared, if fact he seems to seek him out - as soon as we let him out he heads down our garden and into Sam's. Hopefully they will settle down soon rather than have an ongoing turf war, all the other neighbourhood cats seem to be fine.
Each tome OH plays Da Bird with Dougie he tells him to imagine it's Sam and give it a really hard left hook :evillaugh:

I hope Dougie feels better soon ... but I'd like to add that most Siamese boys that I have ever met are totally fearless and will stand up to anything (our old boy once took on the local German shepherd .... and won!!!! GS also went home with a bloody nose and to ad insult to injury got told off by his owner for "frightening the Siamese" LOL)

Hmm, this battle could run and run then
Dougie seems oblivious to danger, he was straight off into Sam's garden this evening...
-
Hopefully they will sort it out soon and reach a truce!

Eek! Never saw this...Please give poor Dougie a chin rub from me! :Luv2:

Dougie has obviously demanded enough respect from Sam Siamese to stop the fights for the time being, but they're not exactly getting on yet...OH took this pic at the weekend :evillaugh::

Sam: I'm sitting outside your cat flap, but I'm not looking at you.
Dougie: You're sitting outside my catflap, but I'm sitting on these logs and I'm not looking at you.
They sat there for about half an hour before Sam finally legged it and Dougie came in for his tea...
