Title: My strange Smartie !
Post by: bunglycat on July 24, 2009, 01:01:48 AM
I have had my beautiful boy Smartie 11 years ( since he was 12-18 months old -from CP ) .
All the time i have had him i have offered him treats every so often -chicken , ham tuna etc -but no , not interested , very occasionally 1 very small bit of ham ,but no more.
Well, yesterday i treated myself to a cooked chicken from Asda , gave some from my plate to my usual 2 teatime suspects - always there Sophie and Bungly !!!
Smartie came over and i offered him some and he ate it ( whilst in the middle of having a wash and sitting in the "wash" position  ;D ), he ate it , so i gave him a more bits ( at this point he usually walks off ) - no, thats lovely , ate all of it !!!  Not only that but he followed me in the kitchen for more - so gave him another couple more  bits - he ate that , more on a plate this time - 1 whole plateful later -all gone !!!
Can''t believe this -after 11 years of offering him these sorts of things , now today he ate loads of it !

My Yagga has shocked my of late...Over 3 he is now and has never entertained any type of cat biscuit, now all of a sudden he decided he likes them now and has been scoffing them for over 2 weeks?
