Title: tigger being odd

hi
my cat tigger is being really odd.
he seems hungry but goes to bowl either picks bit up drops it and runs off or wont go near it almost looking frightened. hes on anti bs cos he had a temp. im so worried. can anyone help please

Was his mouth checked? Dropping food can be a sign of dental problems, how old is he?

on tuesday he had 2 out and a dental thursday started pills cos had a temp. was fine yesterday eating great and everything but now gone weird

definitely sounds as if his mouth is sore - can you puree some food for him until you can take him back to the vet?

Might be an idea to ring the on call vets for advice, hope he feels better soon :hug:

I agree, give them a ring and get some advice and then make an appointment first thing tommorrow with his vet, he could have problems after his dental

agree with going back  to  your vet.  and nice soft food  pos he has got some thing in a hole where the tooth came out???   and a bit of pressure on the jaw ?

Yep sounds like the tooth area could be giving him some gyp I'd get him booked in tomorrow  :hug:

thanks everyone its really apreciated.
ive left him at the vets. they want to x ray his jaw. she said his holes where his tooth where have healed already. just keep bursting into tears

Poor boy, it may just be the after effects of the trauma and post-nerve pain hopefully  :hug:
